Hawaii Intergenerational Network

About

At the root of intergenerational programs and practices is a firm belief that we are better off—as individuals, families, communities, and as a society—when there are abundant opportunities for young people and older adults to come together to interact, educate, support, and otherwise provide care for one another.

Join Hawai`i Intergenerational Network (HIN) and build partnerships with other members, which will result in an increase in intergenerational activities, programs, and policies. Members within the network are encouraged to promote their programs and offer technical assistance to each other. Through the calendar, members can post their conferences, workshops, and symposiums. Through the forums and blog, members are welcome to discuss their intergenerational work and interests. We at HIN will highlight research and focus attention on best practices in the intergenerational field both in Hawai`i and in the world.
